The objective of this research is to analyze the perception of employers about the job performance of graduates of the Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Engineering programs at the Instituto Tecnológico de San Luis Potosí. In a context where competitiveness in the labor market is increasingly stronger, it is essential to understand how graduates integrate and perform in their respective work environments. The opinion of employers not only provides a critical view of the skills and competencies acquired by graduates, but also offers valuable information for the continuous improvement of educational programs. This study is based on the need to evaluate the effectiveness of the academic training received by students and its alignment with the demands of the labor market. Through a survey with employers from various institutions, we seek to identify the most valued aspects in the hiring process, as well as the areas in which graduates could improve. The dimensions to be explored include technical skills, capacity for teamwork, adaptability to new technologies and the quality of overall performance. The importance of this study lies in its potential to influence strategic decisions within the educational program, allowing curricular adjustments in the specialty module that respond to the expectations of the labor market.
